不知道灞橋區(qū)在搞什么，又來一次競賽。。。只不過這次，聯(lián)系公司變了。。。

一、項目背景

I. Project Background:

為更高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、更高起點謀劃西安東站核心樞紐及周邊地區(qū)，把其建設(shè)成為展現(xiàn)城市重要景觀形象和現(xiàn)代城市風(fēng)貌的集中展示區(qū)，成為西北地區(qū)中心城市的形象代表，特開展本次西安高鐵東城核心區(qū)城市設(shè)計國際競賽（以下簡稱“競賽”）。

To plan the core junction and surrounding areas of Xi’an East Railway Station with a higher standard and a higher starting point, and build it into a concentrated display area showing the important urban landscape image and modern urban style, and become the image representative of the central city in the northwest region, the international competition for urban design in the east city core area of Xi'an high speed rail (hereinafter referred to as the "competition").

二、競賽范圍與內(nèi)容

II.Scope and Content of Competition

本次競賽內(nèi)容主要為高鐵東城片區(qū)核心區(qū)重點城市設(shè)計。

The main content of this competition is mainly for designing the key cities in the core area of east city area of the high speed rail.

核心區(qū)位于灞橋區(qū)紅旗街道灣子村范圍內(nèi)，云扉巷以南，白鹿原坡底以西，灞臨公路以北，東三環(huán)以東，包含周邊區(qū)域，研究范圍約1.4平方公里，設(shè)計機構(gòu)可自行把握區(qū)域銜接與延伸范圍。
